    PROMISE: CUSTOMER SERVICE and COMMUNICATION
PACKING: Your item(s) will be handled with the utmost care. I PERSONALLY pack every item for shipment. Please know that your
purchase will arrive to you in the same condition as when you paid for it, per auction description. Item(s) are shipped from a clean environment and clean materials are used to pack for shipping. The safe delivery of your win/purchase is a large part of our eBay transaction.
Where safe, I will ship more than one item together for a $$ savings for you and time saved for me. Where necessary, for safety reasons, I will double box. Double boxing will be a safety consideration/decision on my part.
I don’t charge for boxes or packing material……
EXCEPT…. in the case of LARGE, HEAVY, very FRAGILE items.
THEREFORE……a charge of .00 a packing fee……will be added to shipping and
handling for items I deem necessary for the item’s protection, plus consideration of you, as the buyer, to be shipped safely through the system with needed, EXTRA added protection.
Over the years of collecting I have seen first hand, many times, the damage done to valuable antiques and collectables, by the different carriers. So, with some items I would request the shipper to add extra packing materials, as well as, other times request double boxing and always explain that I was more then willing to pay extra, for the peace of mind, to have that extra protection.
    JUST AN FYI~~~~
USED ITEMS FROM MY PERSONAL COLLECTIONS ARE GOING TO BE AUCTIONED….THIS IS GOING TO TAKE SEVERAL YEARS TO DO….50 YEARS OF COLLECTING, ALONG WITH SEVERAL OF MY FAMILY ESTATES, I HAVE ACCUMULATED HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDS OF
    ITEMS TO RELUCTANTLY PART WITH.
I’M NOT A DEALER, NOR AN EXPERT, JUST A LOVER OF BEAUTIFUL, ESTHETIC, PRIMITIVE, MEANINGFUL, MEMORY EVOKING THINGS, ALONG WITH SOME REALLY FUN STUFF.
I WILL DO MY BEST TO SUPPLY YOU WITH AS MUCH INFORMATION AS I CAN ABOUT MY ITEMS THAT ARE AND WILL BE UP FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION

    Return and Refund Policy
The buyer has 14 days to return the item (the buyer pays return shipping fees). The item will be refunded only if the listing incorrectly described the item or its condition. It MUST be returned in the original shipping box with ALL of the original packing included that it arrived with.
If the reason for the return is damage due to mistreatment by the USPS carrier, I strongly suggest the package be returned to your local Post Office in order to open a, “damage complaint” with them. If I can help in any way with documentation or any information that will help with your damage claim, please contact me.
Absolutely no item will be considered for return, or a refund without prior approval of the, “seller” for the return of the item. If the, “buyer” returns an item without prior approval from the, “seller” the item will be refused for delivery and will be returned to the, “buyer”.
PLEASE REMEMBER……..COMMUNICATION IS A WONDERFUL THING.
Shipping costs are always on the rise. As a Seller I would like you, the Buyer….my customer, to know I decided some time ago to let you the Buyer figure your own shipping charges, via the eBay shipping calculator, using that method gives you better control over that portion of our transaction. I always use the USPS, but I will entertain other methods of shipment depending on the customer needs or preference.
On my eBay auction site and also in my eBay store, in the item description portion, I supply the “total shipping weight”. The Buyer uses the shipping calculator, supplied by eBay, to figure the shipping cost, based on the items destination…Zip code. Before I enter an item into eBay, to sell or auction, it’s my job to estimate, to the best of my ability, what size shipping box/carton will be needed, plus all the different types of packing material, to use in order to figure the total weight to ship an item safely to customers. Common sense says that depends on the size, the items actual weight, and how durable, or fragile the item is…Right?
Sometimes packed weights are less than expected, per my pre-ship estimate, so I want Buyers to know I refund any overpayment amount, over .00 back to my Buyer’s PayPal account. Having changed the way I calculate for shipping items, over a long period of time, I have managed to hit it very, very close at least 95% + of the time. Also, if I error…and the weight is over my pre-ship estimate on the, “total shipping weight”…I absorb the cost! I don’t ever intend to make money from shipping charges and I certainly think the U.S. Post Office is making their fair share already so there is really no need to help them out!
My responsibility, intent, goal, and the hopeful end result of all transactions, is to have my Buyer’s purchase arrive safely, undamaged and have you, the Buyer, elated with the choice you made!
I hope this message helps to eliminate any concerns Buyers may have about the way I operate regarding shipping fees. PLEASE…any questions or comments regarding this issue, or any other concerns, contact me via eBay email anytime! I’m more than happy to assist!
“I’m absolutely committed to your complete satisfaction regarding our eBay transaction. I encourage and welcome any and all suggestions.”
    THANK YOU!
