For nearly 23 years my policy as a seller was to always leave positive feedback for a buyer when payment was received. However, after seeing an ever increasing number of buyers ignore the feedback process completely I am changing my policy. So now, if you want positive feedback as a buyer it will only be left after you have left feedback first at which time a positive feedback comment will be left for you.
