    POLICY
    • We accept returns for any unused, sealed, unopened and untested products when returned in its original packaging.
    • Used and damaged merchandise cannot be returned, as We cannot and will not sell Returned/opened Merchandise as New.
    • As per store policy; There is a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund amount that we give you after we receive the product in good condition.
    • Original shipping is non-refundable. And if original order included free shipping; the actual cost of the shipping we paid; will be deducted before your refund is issued.
    • Please contact us before returning the item. We kindly request the buyers to send the returns using a postal service that allows tracking of packages.
    * Once the return has been received, a refund will be issued after inspection has been completed for the purchase price minus the original shipping charge for shipping the item to you.
    * Item must be returned unused, double boxed with no physical damage and with the original box and all parts and accessories included with the item in order to be accepted for refund. A 20% return fee may apply to all open box returns depending on the item and condition of the return and will determined once this item is returned and inspection has been completed.
    * We cannot accept returns of any product with missing UPC bar codes or the item has been misused or damaged in the customers possession.
    • The buyer is responsible for return shipping and a tracking# is required on the return package to ensure it has been delivered to the right location.
    • If it appears that the shipper has damaged your package during shipping you must retain all included shipping materials including the box and shipping label in order that we can file a claim. (The claim process may take 3 to 4 weeks so please be patient you will receive your refund once the claim has been paid by the shipping carrier) *See Claim Process below
    • damaged items will not be returned to us so please retain them for inspection by the postal service used as they will ask you to bring the item in for inspection.
    • We will accept returns within 14 days from purchase date, buyer must cover shipping cost. If you have any problems with your item, please contact us before leaving feedback and we will do our best to correct the situation.
    • All returned items MUST be in new and re-sellable (New) condition with original packaging and instructions.
    • Upon receipt of the returned product, it will be inspected and a refund issued or a replacement sent, etc.
    • If the item is found to be defective, we will provide a full refund or replace it at no additional cost.
    • Food items and non-prescription drugs are non-returnable.
