There is a minor bending flaw at the top of the handle which is worth noting (slight separation along the fan edge). The glass is clear and free of cloudiness with a light glow under UV light.

    The glass is clear and free of cloudiness with a light glow under UV light. The Colonial Panels pattern 61 basket is believed to have been introduced circa 1906 and likely continued into the 1930's. The design features eight panels and a feather and fan handle. The interior is marked "PAT'D". The piece likely dates prior to 1916. It's a beautiful piece of perfect for display.
